WHy Private Training?
Private training is one-on-one training customized to fit your unique needs. Its great a way for beginners to learn the correct posture, body alignment, and form, prior to jumping into a group class. Private training is also recommended for any clients with mobility limitations due to injuries or recent surgeries. We can build a personalized plan for you or leverage a plan from your physical therapist to help you recover quicker. In addition, private training is a fantastic way to take your Pilates practice up a notch. Not only will your teacher provide you individualized focus on body alignment and form, but with use of the Cadillac and Pilates chair, you will be sure to get an enhanced workout.
