Platinum Pilates is a workout you’ll actually be excited to do. Forget those boring, dull, classical Pilates lessons. Here, you’ll jam to your favorite energizing songs while building lean muscle mass that will keep you burning all day long. Who says getting stronger can’t be fun?
At Platinum Pilates, we infuse traditional Pilates methods with our unique training techniques on our Allegro 2 Balanced Body reformers, and it’s all set to heart-pumping music. Our full-body reformer workout is designed to tone your core, sculpt your muscles, and enhance your flexibility. This intense and fun workout will leave you feeling invigorated, toned, and stronger in just 45 minutes! Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast who works out every day or you’re just starting out and haven’t exercised much lately, you’re more than welcome in our studio. We’ll customize your workouts so that you can be your own best version of Platinum Strong.
Meet the owner
Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’ve lived in North Texas for ten years, and I’m a mom of two young girls.
Like many moms out there, I wanted a way to get in shape after having kids. Working in corporate America while raising two kids left me feeling overwhelmed and drained, but I still wanted to find a workout to squeeze into my busy schedule. I tried several different kinds of workouts, but none of them really lit me up. Every workout I tried left me feeling even more drained and unhappy than I already was. I had never been an athlete or a fitness expert, so I assumed that trying to force myself to exercise regularly just wasn’t going to work for me.
Then I found Pilates.
I was surprised by how quickly I fell in love with it. A non-athlete like me, actually feeling excited to do workouts? I couldn’t believe it! There was something about the movements, the music, and the rush of positive emotions that just clicked with me. I started doing Pilates more and more, and I felt myself getting physically stronger. The best part was, I finally had time for myself. I always looked forward to my 45 minutes of Pilates class because it was the one time in my entire day that was all about ME.
Eventually, I felt a desire to create a new community of people to connect with so that we could do Pilates together. That’s why I started Platinum Pilates — because I wanted other people to have time to focus on themselves and become stronger and happier. To me, Platinum Strong means loving yourself, taking time for yourself, and becoming a stronger, healthier you in every way.
