⏱️Booking & Waitlist 101 ⏱️
Just some friendly reminders to help us see all of our members smiling faces 😊

💎Book a maximum of 1 class per day.
💎Cancel classes in the app more than 12 hours before the class to avoid late cancel & no show fees
💎Don’t be afraid to join the waitlist- they move quick!
💎If you sign up for a waitlist, be prepared to attend that class. The 12 hour late cancel policy will apply.
💎The system will auto add you to the class from the waitlist up to 2 hours before the class & alert you with a text & email (if you have them enabled). The front desk team will text to confirm you can still attend within 2 hours of the class.
💎Be careful when adding to multiple waitlists in one day, you will likely get into all waitlisted classes.
💎Schedule your favorite classes in advance- Platinum members can book up to 3 months out, Gold members 7 days past your bill date, Silver members 3 days past your bill date, & Bronze members up to your bill date.
💎Check for availability within 1 hour of the class- last minute spots often pop up.
💎If you live close consider standing by, if a spot is open after 5 minutes into the class it’s yours.
💎We are here to help! If you have any questions or need anything, don’t hesitate to stop by the front desk, text, or call us, we are happy to help!
